This rug was handwoven in Tibet during the late 20th century.
This plush and densely piled rug features a central mandala on open ground. An open and nicely spaced border of X-filled orbs frames the perimeter. In a simple palette of pink, cream, mauve and, faded lilac.
In very good condition, with minimal wear but some color fading. Medium pile, with a dense handle. The original fringe is still intact.
