This Beni rug was woven in the middle Atlas mountains of Morocco during the 20th century.
It features abstracted vegetal and zoomorphic shapes in soft green and pink on a red ground. A very free-spirited weaving.
In very good condition, with minimal wear. The pile is thick, with a soft handle.
