This Sarouk was handwoven during the second quarter of the 20th century.
This rug features a curvilinear floral design on a red wine field. The floral work is intricate and an excellent example of the type of floral sprays Sarouk rugs are famed for. The main border features a palmette and blossom design on a navy ground. This classically patterned rug is perfect for high traffic areas and should last for generations to come.
Very good condition, with even wear and a meaty pile. Both ends have been reinforced for longevity
