This Art Deco rug is handwoven in Tientsin, China during the middle of the 20th century.
This Deco rug features a cheerful purple field. The design is open and borderless, with unique but reciprocating patterning in each corner. Each corner consists of bunches of blossoms in pinks, blues, oranges, and greens. The whole is framed by an interlocking "LALALA" border.
In excellent condition. Pile is medium height, soft and plush, with a dense and heavy handle.
