This Deco rug was handwoven during the second quarter of the 20th century in the Beijing area of China. Features a beautiful peach pink ground with multiple solid borders in indigo, green and yellow. This piece has a whimsical nature displaying four butterflies - one in each corner. A cherry blossom branch grows from one edge, spreading throughout the rug with buds and blossoms. Wear is consistent with age.
