This Keshan was handwoven during the 2nd quarter of the 20th century (1925-1950).
It features a detailed central medallion of vines and palmettes in pinks, soft blues, and gold atop a red ground. On the navy field, the vines get thicker and appear more closely to strapwork with blossoming botehs. The whole is framed by a reconciled border of palmettes and rosettes framed by cartouches created from interlocking vines.
In good condition; wear throughout with specks of the cotton foundation showing through in some places, slight wave to edging on one side
