Durga has transformed into Kali who has gone on a rampage destroying the universe. She is seen holding the decapitated head of Mahishasura while those around her calm her including Shiva who is underfoot.

This Vintage North American Quilt features a grid composed of yellow and white diamonds on a red ground. The grid is framed by solid yellow, white and red borders. The whole quilt has been stitched together in a pattern of concentric diamonds adding another subtle layer of interest.
