Kerman rug is handwoven during the second quarter of the 20th century.
It features an allover design of bouquets and floral sprays in soft tones of pinks, blues and browns on a creamy ivory ground. It is framed by a perfectly reconciled border of blossoming flowers on a light blue ground. Precisely rendered to great visual effect with a soft palette for an understated yet elegant feel.
In very good condition, signs of wear consistent with age. Medium pile, with a heavy handle. Wool is incredibly soft and shiny.
