Chinese orange floral modern deco rug featuring various blossoming flowers arranged in an oval garland atop a sumptuous paprika ground. The eye-catching design features peonies, chrysanthemums, and fruit blossoms among flowers rendered in greens, yellows, pinks, and purples that really pop.

Orange Deco Rug - 9' x 12'

This Moroccan-styled rug was woven during the 21st century in Afghanistan. It features an idiosyncratic pattern of diamond lattices. that have the feel of pencil quickly scribbled on paper. A simple palette of soft bluish gray lines which almost appear scribbled upon the shaggy cream ground. Woven of hearty, hand-spun Afghan wool giving it durability and extra heft not commonly found in the Moroccan weaving usually associated with this patterning.

Contemporary Afghan Moroccan-Style Rug - 8'2 x 10'7

Antique Chinese Peking rug featuring an expansive chocolate ground worn in many areas to the white cotton foundation. A central medallion is composed of a coin motif surrounded by scrolling vines in black, blue, and white. The same scrolled vines can be seen in each cornice of the otherwise unadorned field. A lively blue main border showcasing flying birds and blooming flowers that almost appear to sway with the wind.

Antique Peking Rug - 9' x 12'

This Tekke Turkmen rug was handwoven during the second quarter of the 20th century in Turkmenistan.

The field features a grid of rounded main guls in various shades of brown, tan, bone and wheat on faded copper tone ground. The space between the grid is filled with rows of cruciform shaped secondary guls. It is encapsulated by a border of rams head filled octagons and finished with skirts of latch-hooked zigzags.

Washed Out Square Tekke Turkmen Rug - 8’3 x 8’8

This classic Heriz features an all-over design of geometric flowers and energetic serrated leaves. Rendered in vibrant jewel tones with reds, coral, ivory, brown and four different blues on a rare and elegant gold ground. The meaty and full pile give the masterfully dyed wool more saturation and the rug a stronger presence. It is framed by a main border of large alternating palmettes. A real stunner!

This classic Heriz features a geometric central medallion on rich saturated tones and meaty wool. A brick-red field is complemented by deep navy, french blue, sage, and coral tones with brass and ivory accents. The four teal cornices soften the rug and a wonderful undulating abrash adds layers to the composition. The main border is wider than most and gives the piece a grander feel.

It features an atypical medallion-and-field composition centered around a coral octagonal medallion filled with angular palmettes and rosettes. The surrounding field is rendered in a softly abrashed sky-to-steel blue with scrolling vinery, serrated leaves, and stylized blossoms. The spandrels echo the motif density of the field yet shift toward coral and salmon tones that warm the overall composition.
