This little saddlebag was woven in Armenia during the late 20th century.
This saddlebag or "khorjin" rug has a low and dense pile with a flatwoven back of alternating stripes of ivory, pink and blue. Each bag-face has a lively geometric device.
In very good condition, signs of wear consistent with age.
