Mid Century Serab Runner features a soft camel ground that is vast and open both in the field and around the perimeter. Large and small devices alternate over the open ground and are framed by two simple borders. A limited palette of calming tones of dark brown, soft pink, and celadon accentuate the natural camel tones for which these rugs are famed.

Camel Serab Runner - 3' x 13'10

Karadja runner featuring a pattern of alternating geometric shapes and hooked lozenges on a rich red ground. Indigo blues, sage green, gold, ivory, and caramel provide a well-balanced palette a give the runner a professorial air.

Durable Karaja Runner - 2’10 x 10’9

This Karabagh runner was woven in the south Caucasus by Armenians during the late 19th century. It features an all over herati design pattern in blues, greens, reds, pinks, yellow and ivory on a chocolate ground. The ground has oxidized adding dimensionality to the piece. Framed by a inner laleh abbasi border and three outer borders of scrolling rosettes on exceptional blue and yellow grounds.

Antique Karabagh Runner - 3'1 x 13'4

rug woven in the Karabagh region of the South Caucasus during the late 19th century. pattern of energetic palmettes that alternate between icey blue and magenta small rosettes scattered about like a field of colorful wildflowers. Karabagh weaving and achieved with cochineal, an insect derived dye. stepped polygon shaped rosettes in a wild array of tones including oranges, greens, pinks, blues, yellow and brown atop a bright ivory ground

Colorful Talish Runner - 3'4 x 8'9

This runner was woven by Kurds at the turn of the 20th century. It features large rows of botehs in pink, purple, blue, ivory and brown on a vibrant orange ground. In between the botehs various vegetation, people and animals can be found. The whole is framed by two main borders of rosettes that shift in form on chocolate and pistachio grounds. The borders have moments where animals and people can be found between the rosettes.

Orange Kurdish Runner - 3' x 10'10

This Yellow and Mauve Deco Runner Rug features a striking contrast of a purple ground encapsulated by a canary yellow border. Various flora and fauna including birds, butterflies and a small flowering tree pay no mind to the barrier between border and field giving this piece a feeling that is free and unrestrained. The bottom left corner features a tea kettle and tea cup next to flowers in a pot. In a hard-to-find runner format.

Yellow and Mauve Deco Runner Rug - 2'7 x 9’10

This Moroccan-styled rug was woven during the 21st century in India. It features an idiosyncratic pattern of wonky interconnected diamonds on a ground of alternating stripes in different widths and colors and full of various small diamond shapes. The diamond lattice is outlined in a thick white band flanked by smaller back and green bands and appears to float above the polychrome striped ground that alternates between vibrant tones red, green and watermelon and calmer tones of pale yellow and sand.

Contemporary Moroccan-Style Runner - 2'3 x 14'3

This 19th century Antique Shahsavan Runner features a column of interconnected diamonds of various sizes on the central axis flanked by flowering shrubs on a lively red ground. Encapsulated by three borders including a fiery orange and brown inner border, a deep blue outer border, and a bright ivory central border which lends the perfect frame. Dramatic abrash along with an eclectic color palette and free-spirited drawing give this rug palpable movement.

19th Century Antique Kurdish Runner - 3'2 x 10'6

This Camel Serab Runner features a lush camel ground which is vast and open both in the field and around the perimeter. Four lozenges in light and dark blue, ivory, and an electric orange appear to float above the open space. Perfectly framed by a serrated leaf and calyx border in the same tones on an ivory ground. Finished with three rows of selvedge and a thick strip of original kilim end which add strength and structure both visually and in actuality.

Silk and wool Tibetan orangey red runner was beautifully woven in a shade of deep and brilliant red. The wavy undulating pattern comes through thanks to the contrast between the wool and silk, the play of light and dark emphasized by the light.

Contemporary Tibetan Runner - 3' x 13'

Turkish goat hair kilim runner composed of vertical stripes in blocks of orange, brown, and white with burgundy highlights. There is a central white stripe, followed by alternating black and orange stripes. Thin burgundy stripes outlined in white provide definition to the design. Goat hair is mixed in with the wool, making this a very sturdy and hard-wearing rug.

NW Persian antique Kurdish learning runner featuring a central field of disproportionate octagonal medallions with strips of random patterning running along the length of the rug. The primary colors displayed are black, copper, ivory, light blue, and pink/purple. What makes this piece truly special is the unmistakable human touch.
