This Art Deco rug was handwoven in Tientsin, China during the second quarter of the 20th century.
This Deco rug is quite calm and elegant. An asymmetric inner border of branches and leaf like shapes in autumnal shades provide substance and balance to the delicate tone on tone patterning found in the field and around the perimeter.
In very good condition with little to no wear. Pile is medium height, soft and plush, with a dense and heavy handle.
