This Malayer runner was handwoven during the second quarter of 20th century.
This runner features a repeat pattern of linked palmettes in teal and coral on a washed out red ground. The palmette groupings feature crablike arms and are surroinded by various protection symbols. The lovely teal and coral tones are joined by soft tones of green, yellow and ivory. A very cheerful and decorative runner!
