Well-spaced with a pattern that feels as though it should be shifted 180 degrees. Kelly green warps are exposed on either end as fringes both signifying and celebrating its Irish heritage.

This Donegal rug was woven in Ireland during the early 20th century.

The pattern is rendered in vibrant tones of goldenrod, purply brown, blues, and greens on a salmon ground and framed by flowering vines on a goldenrod ground. In good condition with some small areas of wear and light color run in the browns.
