This Deco rug was woven in China during the second quarter of the 20th century.
It features a delicate floral design in soft purples, greens, and bright pinks, all on a yellow ground. The majority of the field is worn exposing the thick cotton foundation below, as pictured.
Pile is worn but otherwise in good condition with a low pile, and a very sturdy handle. Edges and sides have been reinforced to increase longevity.
