This skull cap was embroidered in Uzbekistan during the middle of the 20th century.
It is cross-stitched of silk and features a variety of blossoming palmettes in bright reds, greens, purples, and yellow on blue ground. The edge of the skull cup is finished nicely with a thin border panel of opposing tridents.
In very good condition, Interior cloth is in great shape and can be both worn or displayed.
