This Lori rug was handwoven during the late 19th century.
It features a well executed rendition of the mina khani design in an exceptional palette of mutliple reds, blues, green, yellow and pink with brown and ivory accents. The main border utilizes a lesser utilized, archaic meander with the addition of vibrant blue-green and purple tones.
In very good condition, with sections of professional restoration completed. A low pile with a dense floppy handle.
