This Kurdish rug was handwoven during the late 19th century.

It features a weathered pattern of polygons filled with memling guls and surrounded by an inner border of eight pointed stars and an outer floral meander border. Wonky village weave with all natural dyes and hearty wool. The wear showcases the rugs use over more than a century and celebrates it materiality by exposing the handspun warps and wefts.

The main design is composed of various porcelain vases filled with fruit and plants such as cherry blossoms on wooden stands.This red tone is very auspicious and often associated with prosperity. It is framed by a thin blue border that forms an endless knot symbol at each corner.

It features a sparsely decorated light blue field with a rounded central scene of architecture, trees and a rock formation. It is framed a by a thick khaki inner band with four similar but distinctive scenes around the perimeter that creep into the main field. This stunning rug features a vertical medallion design on a deep indigo blue field. The field is filled with a fantastical world of various trees and plant forms surrounded by all types of animals. Luri Cosmic Tree Runner - 3’8 x 9’1

It features an allover lattice design of flowering shrubs in reds, blues, yellow, blue and aubergine on a dark brown ground. Uncommonly and to great effect a narrow red ground border of vibrant polychrome rosettes is sandwiched between two wider matching borders of simple blossoming flowers on a soft camel ground. This Suzani was handmade during the early 20th century in Uzbekistan.

This suzani is composed of central floral motif embroidered in silk on an open red cotton field. Flanked by vibrant multi-tiered blossoming flowers to the right and left and framed by a lively floral meander. A multitude of colors are used for the embroidery, including turqoise, green, white, yellow, and purple.

This Antique Navajo rug was handwoven in the Southwest USA during the first quarter of the 20th century.

This striking rug features jagged concentric lines vibrating from a small central diamond. The sharp angles and mottled tones of gray, brown, and red give the lines a dimensionality and they appear to float on the mottled gray inner field and variegated brown outer field. Framed by an inner dentil border and a red and brown serrated perimeter that has a flame like quality.
