Art Deco rug, handwoven in Tietsin, China during the second quarter of the 20th century.
This rug is oval shaped with a true black field. It has an oval ring of various multicolored blossoms.

In good condition, with some areas where the cotton foundation is visible. Pile is thickly woven and medium height, with a sturdy handle.
