This Baluch storage bag was woven during the middle of the 20th century at border of Iran and Afghanistan.
This unique storage bag is composed of a red-purple field with lovely abrash and color gradation. The real stand-out details of the piece are the beaded fringes along both edges. It is intricate knotted in brown wool and features handblown glass beads.
In excellent condition, signs of wear consistent with age. The front of the bag face is low-cut pile, while the rest of the bag is flatwoven.
