This Afshar rug handwoven in Southern Iran during the early 20th century.
It features an allover pattern of diamonds in alternating colors. Variations of reds, blues, browns, and ivories add depth while the multiple thin borders delicately frame the design.
In very good condition, with some wear, consistent with age. Low pile, with a light handle.
