Like many Quchan weavigns it is influenced by the nearby traditions. The perfect combination of Baluch design sensibility and Kurdish use of color. Simultaneously simple yet visually complex it features a design of concentric diamonds created with blocks of color over a totemic latticework. Multiple reds and blues are joined by a lovely orange and a deep brown. Inspired by their Baluch neighbors, a striking ivory is masterfully used to awaken the piece and provide it's visual impact.
